It's been a few years since I wrote this and not much has changed. The food is still great and the service is still mediocre. The food is still made fresh and the prices are (shockingly!) still the same as when I first wrote this review. Bottom line is that you can't beat the the food quality and price. My favorite dishes are the Duck Soup with egg noodles, fried pork with vermicelli, shrimp tempura, and of course their various bowls of pho. I stand by my assessment that their service could stand to get some help, but I've not had any botched orders or overcharges in the past couple years so they definitely get props for that. In general Tu-Do is one of the first restaurants I recommend when someone asks "What's good" in Pensacola. One thing I wish they would start offering is Banh Mi. For that I'm forced to walk a couple buildings down the street to Golden Palace.
