My first visit. I've visited maybe 3 other Vietnamese/"Pho" restaurants and this one had the most extensive menu offerings by far. I mean it was overwhelming! I settled on the Spring Rolls, consisting of shrimp and pork rolled in rice paper and served with a dipping sauce. They were tasty, albeit hastily and somewhat loosely wrapped. For my main entree I ordered a soup I'd not seen or heard of before, Hu Tieu Thap Cam (rice noodles soup with pork, shrimp and crabmeat - the broth comes in a separate bowl). The portion was huge. Ample accoutrements were served with it (cilantro, basil, lime, sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts) but I was disappointed in the broth. It was not especially flavorful, and could have been way warmer than it was. The crabmeat was actually surimi, of course. Overall, however, I was impressed enough and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
