Have to downgrade this to a three after a not-great experience here yesterday. I stopped in for lunch, since pho is my comfort food. But comforted I was not. Maybe it's always like this and I've never noticed before, but it really did not smell good in there. I looked down to see a dirty floor. They had seated me at a dirty table, and though they sprayed a windex-like substance on it and rubbed that around before I sat down, only the middle part was clean. I cleaned it with some napkins to make myself feel better (didn't work). I wasn't that excited about staying after realizing I was already kind of grossed out. The food was perfectly fine, and of course I ate, but not much and did not enjoy it as much as I should have. Maybe at dinner, away from the harsh light of day, I hadn't ever seen the rough edges and the dirty floor. This is a very old building, and I'm sure it is hard to keep it clean, but with so many other good pho places to choose from in OKC, I think I'll head back to Bistro B or Pho Hoa before I do this again.
